Beautiful Home Handyman Limited Warranty

For 12 months from the date of the Customer Work Agreement & Job Invoice, Beautiful Home Handyman (“BHH”) will repair, free of charge, defects in workmanship for work performed under the Work Agreement and Job Invoice, effective when payment in full has been received by and credited to BHH, subject to the conditions below.

Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period. This warranty does not apply to materials warranted by the manufacturer, supplied by the customer or other third party, and does not apply for normal usage or wear and tear. Material selections relative to color, type, texture and style are the sole responsibility of the customer. This warranty is void if the customer or any third party in any way modifies the work performed by BHH. Although BHH will provide our best effort for all work performed, BHH excludes from its warranty including, but not limited to: solid color exterior painting, undisclosed or hidden circumstances which may impact the work performed, leaks, or other impacts to the property. Beautiful Home Handyman exercises every reasonable precaution to prevent damage to Client property. However, Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify BHH for any/all damages to items, property, and/or individuals while or after performing all repairs and waives any/all claims for any damages to property or individuals in perpetuity that may occur as a result of, or related to, repairs BHH performs.
